Add the following at the end of the mailto: href value:
?subject=This is the subject!&body=This is the body.
And replace This is the subject! by the subject and This is the body. by the body text.
Note that you also have the possibility only use the subject without adding any body text. To do so, remove the last part:
&body=This is the body.
